Based on your answers to the survey questions, you will receive a score between 0 and 75. Team letter grades correspond to the following scores:
| A score of 68-75 indicates you have an "A" team! Your team is very effective, high functioning, and rare. Whatever you are doing…keep it up, many would envy you. You no doubt enjoy outstanding results. | ![]() |
| A score of 63-67 indicates you have a "B" team. Your team has many admirable qualities, but there is room for improvement. You probably have some outstanding individuals on your team, and some members who may not be so competent. You probably do not experience the synergy and better results that "A" teams routinely enjoy. | ![]() |
| A score of 58-62 indicates you have a "C" team. You probably see these same behaviors played out throughout your organization and this is very costly. Working with a "C" team is very draining and prevents the leader from being able to focus on higher leverage opportunities just to keep the basics functioning. Not good. | ![]() |
| A score of 53-57 indicates you have a "D" team. You probably have silos where departments have become an entity unto themselves. You probably have poor coordination among functions. You probably have many "parking lot vetos." | ![]() |
| A score below 53 is a serious concern. If these issues are not addressed as soon as possible, you can expect your results to suffer significantly. Research over the past 20+ years demonstrates that such a low score will drain the vitality out of your organization. There is a serious cascading effect on the other individuals who interact with this team. | ![]() |
